It started with a vision in 2010. A vision to create a national training provider that puts people at the centre of everything we do and to make a real difference to their lives. Every day since then, we’ve remained true to that vision. It’s shaped everything, from our choice of course providers to the focus of our training programmes. But most of all, it’s shaped our team. Security Tutors

We need more amazing tutors for our Security Route Way course.

We’re on the lookout for Freelance SIA Tutors. Ideally, someone registered with a Highfield Awarding Body.

You’ll need at least an L3 Award in Door Supervision and Security Guarding, some level of competency in the security industry and a up to date PI license.

It’s a Btec Level 1 Certificate in Workskills, so you’ll need a teaching qualification (the higher, the better) and competence in the security industry.

If you’ve taught a course with a similar qualification, that’s good too.

We should say, we look for the very highest standards in our tutors. But if you’re as passionate and committed as we are to helping learners develop their skills and confidence, you’ll fit right in.

IOSH Tutors

We’re looking for a Freelance Tutor to Deliver our IOSH-Working Safely one day courses. If you want to apply, you’ll need a teaching qualification and you must be IOSH registered We’ll also be asking for some proof of competence in the Health and Safety industry. Most important, though, is that you share our high standards of delivery and our passion for our learner’s self-development and success.

Construction Trainers

We are looking for some more amazing tutors for our Construction Route-way. The course involves delivery of a Btec Level 1 certificate in construction certificate. Tutors must have a teaching qualification (the higher level the better), and sector competence. Experience of delivery of similar qualifications would be advantageous.

As with all our courses, we expect the very highest standards. So you’ll need to share our values and be 100% committed to learners and their self-development.
