Transfer, Postponement Or Reallocation Of Course Date(S)

Bright Direction Training Ltd understands and acknowledges that clients may sometimes have to adjust plans for training delivery dates in line with the exigencies of the client’s business, organisation and people, requiring a postponement of a confirmed course date to a later date.

All date transfers will incur a charge of 33% of the agreed and confirmed course value which will be invoiced as an administration charge but deducted from the delivery invoice related to the reallocated course date.
